Ground Is Broken & Footers Are Poured at the Ryan Homes Bayview Landing Community
The first photo shows our building lot at Bayview Landing as it sat in Mid August - waiting for the beginning of construction.
Here it is on September 12, 2008 after a couple days of site preparation by a Ryan Homes crew, the digging of the footers and pouring of concrete for the footers.
